The VNUHCM Journal is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the License for the Operation of Printed and Electronic Journals No. 06/GP-BVHTTDL dated January 23, 2026, issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Viet Nam, Tạp chí Phát triển Khoa học và Công nghệ: Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn (ISSN 2588-1043) has officially changed its title to VNUHCM Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, effective from Volume 1, 2026.

Corresponding to the new journal title, the National Agency for Science and Technology Information and Statistics, Ministry of Science and Technology of Viet Nam, has assigned the new Print ISSN (p-ISSN): 3126-3402, which will take effect from Volume 2, 2026.

This announcement is provided to assist authors, readers, indexing services, libraries, and other relevant organizations in updating the journal information for citation, indexing, and other publishing-related purposes.
