Abstract

Culture is a vital field of social life, playing an important role in the perfection of an individual's personality, the sustainability of the community, and the development of the nation. The 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam decided the direction, goals, and tasks of the Vietnamese revolution in 5 years (2021-2025) and determined the direction and goals of the country to 2030 as well as the vision of Vietnam to 2045. One of the very important highlights of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam is the identification of new, comprehensive, and profound viewpoints and policies about developing Vietnamese culture and people in order to realize the goal of building a prosperous, prosperous, and happy country. The Communist Party of Vietnam continues to emphasize cultural building in politics and economy, which is still one of the basic issues of the country in the new period. Accordingly, in order to develop the country sustainably, not only culture must be put on a par with economy, politics, and society, but also build and develop culture and people - creating endogenous strength for sustainable development. Research on culture in general and the Party's policy on culture is the direction that many scientists are interested in. The article "Promoting the soft power of Vietnamese culture in international integration in the spirit of the 13th National Congress of Communist Party of Vietnam" focuses on clarifying the content of the viewpoint on promoting the soft power of Vietnamese culture and some solutions. aiming at promoting the soft power of Vietnamese culture in the new era proposed by the Communist Party of Vietnam at the 13th National Congress.
